Prospective Tenant Application Form

Thank you for your enquiry with Liberty Blue – providing Waterford’s premier letting service for more than 22 years.
In order to arrange viewings, you are required to answer the following questions:

Should you receive a viewing appointment you will be requested to forward on a copy of your photo ID before the viewing can proceed.
As soon as you submit your form you will receive an email from Liberty Blue – please check all email folders for an email from viewings@libertyblue.ie Don’t forget to check your junk mail folders if you don’t spot the email straight away!
Please note a full deposit (one month’s rent) and the first month’s rent are immediately required should you wish to proceed with securing a property after viewing stage. Please do not set up viewing appointments unless you have the required deposit and rent needed.
Due to the level of demand viewings on properties are limited and are held on a first come-first served basis.
Leases are for a minimum period of 12 months, unless otherwise stated.
Should the Landlord accept your application, the lease agreement will commence within 7 days unless otherwise stated.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to assist our Clients in making their decision of choosing a prospective Tenant. This research is being conducted by Liberty Blue Estate Agents on behalf of our Clients and you are invited to complete this questionnaire because you wish to be submitted as a potential Tenant candidate. Your participation is voluntary. You may choose not to participate. If you decide not to participate, you may withdraw at any time. The procedure involves filling in the above questionnaire. Your completion of the questionnaire signifies your consent to the transfer of the information you submit and implies your acceptance that your responses may, in appropriate circumstances, be forwarded to prospective Landlords. If your responses are forwarded to prospective Landlords this does not imply entitlement to view a property, it merely allows a prospective Landlords to consider your submission as a potential Tenant candidate and assists them in making their choice accordingly. Liberty Blue Estate Agents do not accept or assume responsibility for any use of or reliance on this questionnaire by anyone, other than the intended addressee to the extent agreed in the relevant contract for the matter to which this questionnaire relates (if any).
