Hello, I’m Regina. Back in 1997, I founded Waterford’s first property letting and management company. Fast forward to 2015, we broadened our horizons into property sales and introduced the world to Liberty Blue Estate Agents.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to exceptional customer service, cutting-edge marketing strategies, and ongoing professional growth.
I take great pride in our journey, which led us to be selected for the top three Irish Agencies of the Year with two esteemed Dublin firms as finalists at the National Property Awards in February 2024.
Our dedication has been recognised with several accolades from the Waterford Chamber, including Best Small Business and Best in Marketing, alongside the KPMG Regional Excellence award in 2019, celebrated at the Dublin Convention Centre. My path has been greatly influenced by the wisdom of remarkable mentors within the Estate Agency Industry, primarily from the UK. Participating in various agency mastermind groups fuels my inspiration and fosters learning from industry leaders. January 2024 marked a major milestone for me with the launch of my book, “How to Build a Smarter, Faster, Better Estate Agency Business,” aimed at guiding fellow estate agents and those aspiring to elevate their business.
When I’m not steering the ship at Liberty Blue, I’m an avid gym enthusiast, favouring weight training, and enjoying walks on the beach and adventures abroad. My life is beautifully anchored by my son Pierce, my husband Irial, and our home in An Rinn, nestled in the scenic Gaeltacht of West Waterford.
Hello, I’m Maria. Since joining the company in 2004, my journey through the property sector has been both enriching and extensive, spanning over two decades.
My experience covers a broad spectrum of areas, including property management, accounts, valuations, and sales. In 2009, I was appointed as a Director and I currently lead our property sales division.
My commitment and contributions to the industry have been recognised, including the Network Waterford Businesswoman of the Year award, culminating in a national victory through Network Ireland. Awards like this underscore my dedication and expertise in the property field and are a great motivation for me to go further.
Originally hailing from Castlemaine, Co. Kerry — a place made famous by the tale of the Wild Colonial Boy — I carry with me a blend of local heritage and professional acumen. Outside of my professional life, I love gardening, spending quality time with my family back in Kerry, and taking leisurely walks with my two dogs, Alfie and Luna.
Hi, I’m John Darcy, a native of Stradbally with a solid foundation in Accounting and Finance from the University of Limerick. My professional journey began in Dublin, where I dedicated eight years to corporate banking, managing a portfolio worth approximately €1.5 billion. This experience not only honed my financial acumen but also cemented my deep-rooted interest in the property sector.
