At Liberty Blue Estate Agents we have 23 years experience renting and managing property. We understand that well presented and tastefully furnished properties rent quicker and achieve higher rents.

We have the experience, resources and skills to cater for small size refurbishments to complete turn-key fit-outs. Such work we undertake includes individual apartment refurbishments, to complete turnkey fit-out services for large scale projects. No job is too big or too small for us.

We manage a property portfolio in Waterford with an annual rent roll in the region of 4 million euro. We have a trusted group of local contractors whom we work with daily. Works we co-ordinate daily for our rental properties include the ordering of beds, new flooring, complete paint jobs and touch ups, fitting of bulbs, supply of new sofas and dining sets, purchase and hanging of pictures and so much more.

We only work with contractors who are insured and have the necessary credentials.
