Don’t worry, we still ‘meet’ and chat to all prospective tenants. However, interviews now take place online.
Once a tenant has been selected, our software assists us with reference checking and the lease is signed online. Our contractors are still able to fulfill essential maintenance work. We are very fortunate to work with a great team of contractors which enables us to provide a quick turn around when a property becomes vacant.
