More than a Quick Sell

This week I wrapped up a job that showed the value of building a good relationship. 

I sold a property for a nice couple whose kids had grown up and fled the nest so they wanted to move to a smaller house in the countryside. 

I am glad to say that the property sold well and quickly but this couple then had some complications with the place they were buying. 

Because we had worked so well together through the sale, I was able to help them out with the issues they were now facing. To them, these were extremely stressful and confusing, especially as this was such a big life change for them. With a couple of phone calls and a review of their paperwork, I could steer them back on track and their purchase is now well underway. 

Moving house, especially selling and buying at the same time, can bring pressure and complexity. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it.
