The Solas Centre in Williamstown provides cancer support for those affected by cancer and their relatives, from; one to one counselling and group mindfullness sessions to Zoom yoga classes and even online art classes!
Unfortunately, lockdown restrictions have put pay to a lot of their usual hands-on activities but they have adapted and overcome to provide support for their users. You can find a list of their current and upcoming services here . Even though their doors are closed they are still there to support you.
The Solas Cancer Support Centre is a charity 100% reliant on income raised through fundraising to support their services. Your support is the most valuable gift you can give to them.
