We Love Teamwork!

As Estate Agents, we have a reputation for producing great videos and images of our properties and marketing them really well to buyers. 

I was reminded last month though that we just wouldn’t be able to do this to such a high standard if our clients didn’t work with us!

We were selling a house for a lovely couple in Waterford. The house was in good order but looking in need of a bit of TLC. I talked through a few ideas with them and they took everything on board! 

When we arrived to take the marketing photos and video, we were met with a much freshened-up home. They had selected a beautiful neutral colour palette and painted the interior walls as well as doing a big de-clutter. 

This had a huge effect on the images we were able to take then – the home looked so much brighter and cleaner.

We were delighted to be able to announce we’d gone Sale Agreed within 24 hours! 

This was a real Win-Win-Win for teamwork – our clients were happy, the buyers were happy and we were happy too!
